These plates were *very* obviously placed under heat lamps for the entire time.or nuked. The plates were very hot, the steak was mid-well and dry and the sauce on the 'po-boy' was dry and cooked into the sandwich. Our server delivered the 'new' entrees and I was immediately steamed! We happily devoured the Poutine and waited a few minutes for our new entrees. I objected, for obvious reasons, and the server (whom was totally awesome) assured us that the kitchen would re-make our entrees, thus leaving us a bit of time to enjoy the appetizer. Mine was med-rare flank steak and my lady's was a shrimp 'po-boy.' We almost *never* send food back, we did here and it had nothing whatsoever to do with the quality.initially.Īfter quite a wait (about 60 minutes and it was not super busy, maybe 30% capacity) we ordered their Poutine appetizer which was absolutely *fabulous!* The trouble came when our entrees came out literally 60 seconds later. The 'Grill,' where they have their buffets, was awesome the 24/7 'Express' restaurant was slow but surprisingly good the Ox Pub was very slow and we had a really strange experience there:
However, we have had terrible experiences with the front desk and have dined in all 3 restaurants. Haven't been to the gaming floor yet, need to get the work done, first. We've been here for 3 nights for unrelated business and the accommodations are quite comfortable.
